LeeHi joined SBS's audition program "K-pop Star" in 2011 and finished the show as a runner-up. 

 LeeHi officially debuted as a singer under YG Entertainment with the digital single “1, 2, 3, 4” (2012). She signed with AOMG in July 2020 after her exclusive contract with YG Entertainment ended in December 2019. She is known for songs such as “Rose” (2013), “Breathe” (2016), “No One” (2019) and “Holo” (2020).
