Nayeon debuted as a member of hit girl group Twice in 2015 through the EP titled “The Story Begins,” with lead track “Like Ooh-Ahh.” The group became widely popular with the song “Cheer Up” (2016) and has since churned out hits like “TT” (2016), “Feel Special” (2019) and “Alcohol-Free” (2021). The group’s eight other members are Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu. Nayeon went solo in June 2022, becoming the first member of Twice to officially release her own music, with her single and EP titled "POP!."
K-pop artists are set to make a strong showing at this year's Lollapalooza Chicago music festival.
K-pop acts, including Twice and ILLIT, will still take the stage at this year's "NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen" despite the cancellations of many domestic festivals and events due to the Jeju Air crash in Muan, South Jeolla, on Sunday.
Twice has opened a pop-up store at The Hyundai Seoul to celebrate the release of its 14th EP, “Strategy.”
