Boy band Astro’s fan meet to celebrate the sixth anniversary of its debut has been delayed, the boy band’s label Fantagio announced Wednesday.

The decision comes after two Astro members — Moonbin and Sanha — tested positive for Covid-19 on March 7.

“Moonbin felt the symptoms of a cold on March 6 and took a PCR test, which came out positive,” said Fantagio. “Sanha tried the self-test kit as he came in close contact with Moonbin, but the result was negative. He decided to still take a PCR test and the result was positive.”

The pair also form Astro’s subunit called Moonbin & Sanha.

Fantagio said the two members are currently being treated at home and have no serious symptoms. Moonbin & Sanha are scheduled to drop its second EP “Refuge” on March 15.

Fantagio did not reveal whether or not the release would be delayed as the duo will be finished their seven-day quarantine before the drop.

However, Astro’s “Gate 6” fan meeting event on March 13 at the SK Olympic Handball Stadium will be pushed back to April 6, Fantagio said, adding that “all ticket purchasers will receive a 100 percent refund.” Fans will have to repurchase the tickets to the fan event in April.

Fantagio said it will announce further details in the near future.
