Boy band BTS has been nominated for three MTV Video Music Awards, MTV announced Thursday.

The nominated categories include Best Pop, Best K-pop and Best Choreography for “On,” the lead track in its fourth full-length album “Map of the Soul: 7” released last February.

Other nominees for Best K-pop category are (G)I-DLE, Exo, Monsta X, TXT, and Red Velvet.

Last year, BTS was nominated in five categories: Best K-pop, Best Group, Best Collaboration, Best Choreography and Best Art Direction, and won the Best K-pop Award.

The 2020 Video Music Award ceremony will be live-streamed on MTV on Aug. 30 at 8 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, or 9 a.m. on Aug. 31 in Korea.
