Singer Lee Seung-gi will soon embark on his 2023 Asian tour, “The Dreamer’s Dream – Chapter2,” the singer’s self-established agency Human Made announced Thursday.

Starting with performances at the Link Arts Center in Hyehwa-dong of Jung District, central Seoul, on May 4, 5, 6 and 7, the singer will then be stopping in Tokyo on May 14, Taipei on May 21 and in Manila on May 27.

The agency revealed that more stops will be added at a later date.

Lee Seung-gi was embroiled in a legal battle with his former agency at the end of last year. His old agency Hook Entertainment admitted that it failed to pay the singer his due earnings. Lee has been a popular singer since debuting in 2004 and released a total of 137 songs over the past 18 years, but it was found that he had not received any payment for the digital streams or downloads of his songs. Lee self-established his label Human Made in December last year.

The agency has since paid 5.4 billion won ($4.12 million) for the digital streams and downloads of his songs. Lee pledged to donate the entire amount to charity and has remained true to his word, so far donating 2 billion won to the Seoul National University Children’s Hospital, 550 million won to the Korean Red Cross and, most recently, 300 million won to research university KAIST.

Lee will tie the knot with actor Lee Da-in on April 7.
