Taeyeon to hold exhibition ahead of upcoming album 'INVU'

Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation is holding an exhibition as a preview for her upcoming third full-length album “INVU,” her agency SM Entertainment said Friday.

The exhibition, titled “INVU: The Exhibit,” will be held from Feb. 7 to Feb. 14 at Punto Blu Seoul, an art gallery and cafe located in Seongdong District, eastern Seoul.

The exhibition is divided into four parts, where visitors will be able to explore the concept of love and view content related to the album’s concept and photographs of Taeyeon.

The exhibition is free to all, but reservations are required through SMTOWN &STORE, the agency’s online merchandise shop, or Naver. Only members of Girls’ Generation’s fan club are eligible to reserve spots through SMTOWN &STORE.

“INVU” is set to drop on Feb. 14 through music streaming sites and offline record stores.

Taeyeon debuted in 2007 as a lead singer in the girl group Girls' Generation. The group has hit songs “Gee” (2009), “Run Devil Run” (2010) and “I Got a Boy” (2013).

Taeyeon made her solo debut in 2015 and since then has released songs including “I” (2015), “Rain” (2016), “Fine” (2017), “Four Seasons” (2019) and “Spark” (2019).

She is also one of seven members in SM Entertainment’s new girl group, GOT the beat.
