Actor Park Seo-jun tests positive for Covid-19

Actor Park Seo-jun has tested positive for Covid-19.

According to his agency awesome ENT on Thursday, the actor “tested positive for Covid-19 on Feb. 19.”

Park has been consistently using Covid-19 self-test kits before shooting for preventive measures. He tested positive on a self-test last week and received a PCR test, which came out positive on Feb. 19.

Park has received 3 doses of a vaccine.

“Park halted all of his schedules from Feb. 18 and followed government measures for quarantine and treatment,” the agency said. “He’s on the way to recovery and does not show any particular symptoms [of illness].”

Park debuted in 2011 in singer Bang Yong-guk’s music video “I Remember.” He is best known for television series including “Kill Me, Heal Me” (2015), “She Was Pretty” (2015) on MBC, “Fight for My Way (2017) on KBS, “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim” (2018) on tvN and “Itaewon Class” (2020) on JTBC.

He is expected to appear in the upcoming Marvel film “The Marvels” although his role has not been officially disclosed to the public as of yet. “Dream,” which he stars in with singer and actor IU, also known as Lee Ji-eun, will be released later this year.
