aespa to release first full-length album 'Armageddon' in May

Girl group aespa will drop its first full-length album, “Armageddon,” on May 27.

The album will feature two lead tracks, "Supernova" and "Armageddon."

“Supernova” will be prereleased on May 13, followed by “Armageddon” on May 27.

“Armageddon” will be aespa’s first full-length album since the group’s debut in 2020.

The album will feature 10 tracks, ranging from “energetic hip-hop to bright and cheerful dance scores, rhythmical modern pop and ballad songs,” according to the girl group’s agency, SM Entertainment, on Monday.

aespa debuted in 2020 under SM Entertainment with its first digital single, “Black Mamba.” The girl group last released its fourth EP, “Drama,” on Nov. 10, 2023.

aespa will kick off its second world tour, “Synk: Parallel Line,” with performances at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in southern Seoul on June 29 and 30, before performing at the Tokyo Dome in Japan in August.
