'Single's Inferno' will be back with second season
Hit Netflix dating series "Single's Inferno" is returning with a second season, according to Netflix on Tuesday.
"We have confirmed production for season two of the reality show 'Single's Inferno,'" Netflix said in a statement. The exact date was not announced.
It added that the show is looking to cast contestants for the second season through Netflix's official social media accounts. "We are looking for singles who can achieve love with their honest and confident charm," said the streaming platform.
"Single's Inferno" is about single men and women who try to find love on a deserted island. Contestants can escape the island and go to a luxury hotel only when two of them become a couple.
Airing from December 2021 to January 2022, season one of the show saw global success as it became the first Korean reality show to make it onto the streaming platform's Top 10 TV Shows.
The program also brought individual fame to many of the contestants including female participants Song Ji-ah and Kim Ji-yeon and male contestant Cha Hyun-seung.
