Dream Concert World to hold inaugural concert in Japan

Dream Concert World will hold its inaugural concert at Belluna Dome in Japan on Aug 10 and 11 under the theme "With Music We Got a Friend," according to the concert’s organizer Forest Media on Friday.

Dream Concert World is the newly branded offshoot of Dream Concert, one of the country's largest joint K-pop concerts.

Since 1995, Dream Concert has been a gateway to numerous K-pop artists, bringing together top artists such as TVXQ!, Big Bang, Super Junior, Kara, Girls' Generation and BTS.

Dream Concert World will be held at Belluna Dome in Japan on Aug 10 and 11, according to the concert’s organizer Forest Media. [KOREA ENTERTAINER PRODUCERS' ASSOCIATION]


This year's lineup will feature leading K-pop artists from major South Korean entertainment agencies including HYBE, JYP Entertainment and SM Entertainment, according to Forest Media. The event will showcase performances of both new and veteran artists. The specific lineup has yet to be released as of Friday afternoon.

Dream Concert World is hosted by Korea Entertainment Producer's Association, Kyunghyang Shinmun, Forest Media and its subsidiary Forest Japan.
