The older sister of NewJeans' member Danielle, Olivia Marsh, is set to debut under a new label founded by Warner Music Korea.

Marsh has signed with MPLIFY, a Korean music label founded by the Korean branch of Warner Music, and is set to make her debut in October, according to the label.

Marsh, born in 2000, released a song titled "Lava" earlier this year as a part of the soundtrack album for JTBC drama series "Hide." She is the older sister of Danielle Marsh, the 19-year-old member of K-pop girl group NewJeans.

"Olivia Marsh is a Korean-Australian singer-songwriter who posses great talents and uniqueness," MPLIFY said in a press release. "She has been influenced by artists of various genres including ABBA, John Denver, Tame Impala and Vera Blue and has been singing and writing her songs since she was young."

MPLIFY is a new music label under Warner Music Korea established with the goal of "spreading artists' music further and wider," according to the press release. The company will focus on global businesses, namely by releasing English songs and helping the artists communicate with worldwide fans.

"We promise to support our talented artists with all necessary resources to help them succeed," chief producer of MPLIFY Samuel Ku said.
