Chungha

Chungha debuted in May 2016 as a member of the girl group I.O.I. The temporary project group was formed in April 2016 with the 11 finalists of Mnet’s hit audition program “Produce 101.” Chungha finished fourth on the show.

After I.O.I disbanded in January 2017, she debuted as a solo singer that June with the EP “Hands on Me.”

Chungha has been known for her powerful vocals, demonstrated in her high-pitched songs.

Her fandom is named Byulharang.

Has Chungha lived abroad?

Chungha was born in Korea and has lived in Texas for about seven years since she was seven. She moved back and forth between the U.S. and Korea during this time. Thanks to this experience, she is fluent in English.
