Lim Young Woong

Lim Young-woong debuted in 2016 with his digital single "Hate You." He rose to fame after appearing on cable network TV Chosun's trot singer competition program "Mr Trot" in 2020. Lim Young-woong came first on the final episode of the show, with more than 7 million votes received.

He released his first full-length album "IM HERO" in May 2022, selling over 1.1 million copies in the first week of its release.

Lim's musical spectrum goes beyond trot music. Lim's "Love Always Run Away" (2021), the soundtrack for KBS2 hit drama "Young Lady and Gentleman" (2021-22), is a ballad track, while "London Boy" (2022), written and produced by Lim himself, is a rock score.
