A.C.E's 'Siren:Dawn' tops iTunes Worldwide Album Chart
Boy band A.C.E topped the iTunes Worldwide Albums Chart and the K-pop Music Albums Chart with "Siren:Dawn" on Friday, two days after the new EP was released on Wednesday.
A.C.E's EP "Siren:Dawn," the fifth for the band, sat high on many of iTunes' music charts including the Top Albums Chart in 12 regions around the world such as Brazil, Indonesia and Russia. It also sat at No. 6 on the U.S. chart and No. 13 on the U.K. chart.
The album took the No. 1 spot on the K-pop Music Albums Chart within just six hours of its release and held onto the top spot for over 12 hours. According to Korea's album sales tracker Hanteo Chart, "Siren:Dawn" was the No. 1 selling album on Thursday.
The EP's lead track "Higher" also landed at the No. 3 of the K-pop Music Song Chart.
A.C.E released its album "Siren:Dawn" with a "sexier and maturer" vibe, according to the band's agency Beat Interactive, themed around the love of a mermaid.
