Cast announced for webtoon-based drama 'See You in My 19th Life'
The cast for upcoming drama “See You in My 19th Life,” based on the popular Naver Webtoon series, was officially announced Tuesday.
Shin Hae-sun and Ahn Bo-hyun will play the leading female and male roles in the drama, set to be aired next year on tvN. Ha Yoon-kyung and Ahn Dong-goo will play supporting roles.
“See You in My 19th Life” is about the romantic relationship that unfolds between a woman who can remember all of her past lives and someone that she seeks to meet from her 18th life. Based on the Naver Webtoon series of the same name, the drama will be produced by Lee Na-jeong, who directed dramas such as “Fight for My Way,” (2017) “Love Alarm” (2019) and “Mine” (2021).
Shin debuted in 2013 with the KBS drama series “School 2013.” After building her career in supporting roles in dramas such as “Oh My Ghost” (2015) and “The Legend of Blue Sea” (2016-17), Shin took on a lead role in “My Golden Life” (2017-18) and rose to stardom with “Mr. Queen” (2020-21).
Ahn debuted first as a model in 2007 before debuting as an actor in 2014 with the drama “Golden Cross.” He played supporting roles in dramas such as “Descendants of the Sun” (2016) and “Itaewon Class” (2020) before taking on leading roles in “Yumi’s Cells” (2020, 2021) and “My Name” (2021).
