Singer-actor Lee Jin-hyuk to release solo album later this year
Singer and actor Lee Jin-hyuk will release a solo album later this year, his new agency Bill Entertainment announced Monday.
“We have signed an exclusive contract with the capable artist Lee Jin-hyuk. We are planning to support a wide range of Lee Jin-hyuk’s activities,” Bill Entertainment’s statement reads.
“We already have in-house content in production. His solo album release is set for this year, and we will also support his activities as an actor.”
Lee Jin-hyuk debuted as a member of boy band Up10tion in 2015 under the stage name Wei. Lee halted his group activities in 2019 after participating in cable network Mnet’s audition program, “Produce X 101” (2019), and has focused on solo activities since, releasing five solo albums in total.
Lee has also been pursuing an acting career since 2020, appearing in multiple dramas including MBC’s “Find me in your memory” (2020), “Check Out the Event” (2021), JTBC sitcom “Hanging on” (2020), and SBS drama “Why Her” (2022).
Bill Entertainment is a new entertainment agency established by Fact Cooperation, a company panning across different fields of business including real estate and advertising.
