Yeeun, a former member of girl group CLC, will release her first single “The Beginning” on April 13.

The teaser image for the upcoming single, featuring a pair of cherries, was uploaded by the singer’s agency Superbell Company on their Twitter page on Monday.

Yeeun released the track “Strange way to love” ahead of the album, on March 20.

Yeeun, whose real name is Jang Ye-eun, debuted in 2015 as a member of girl group CLC under Cube Entertainment. While the group garnered some popularity with lead tracks “No oh oh” (2016), “Hobgoblin” (2017) and “Black Dress” (2018), CLC officially disbanded in 2022 with overall mediocre success. Notably, one of the band members Choi Yu-jin joined project girl group Kep1er in 2022 after winning Mnet’s audition program, "Girls Planet 999" in 2021.
