ATBO to donate part of proceeds to forestry organization

Boy band ATBO [IST ENTERTAINMENT]

Boy band ATBO will donate a part of its profit from its latest album to the Korea Green Ranger, the boy band’s agency IST Entertainment said Monday.

The boy band’s most recent album release was “The Beginning: Soaring” which dropped back in May.

Korea Green Ranger, founded in 1989, is an organization established to help teenagers raise awareness of forests in Korea. ATBO was chosen as the organization’s ambassador earlier this year, and the boy band participated in a tree planting event hosted by the origination in April.

Profits donated by the boy band will be used to further raise awareness of protecting forest environments and to help achieve carbon neutrality, according to the organization.

Seven-member boy band ATBO debuted in July 2022 under IST Entertainment through the agency’s boy band audition program, “The Origin” (2022). The boy band dropped three albums since its debut, all under the series, “The Beginning.” Its debut album, dropped in July 2022, is titled “Blossom,” followed by its second album, “Start,” and “Soaring.”
