Big Bang's Daesung to drop new single 'Falling Slowly'

Big Bang's Daesung will release his new single ″Falling Slowly″ in March [RND COMPANY]

Singer Daesung from boy band Big Bang will release his single “Falling Slowly” on March 5, his agency RND Company said Tuesday.

This will be the singer’s first track in around three months since the release last December of the digital single “Flow” (2023), a remake of singer Lee Han-chul’s original released in 2012.

A teaser image for the single was uploaded to the singer’s social media page on Monday.

“’Falling Slowly’ will show off the widened musical spectrum possessed by the singer, who has shown off a matured ambiance with ‘Flow,’” his agency said.

Actors Kim Seon-ho and Moon Ga-young will star in the music video for “Falling Slowly,” according to RND Company.

Daesung debuted in 2006 as a member of Big Bang under YG Entertainment, a group known for hits such as "Lies" (2007), "Haru Haru" (2008), "Tonight" (2011), "Fantastic Baby" (2012) and "Bang Bang Bang" (2015). The singer started his solo career with the trot-themed song “Look at Me, Gwisoon” in 2008.

He will go on a solo tour in Japan, titled “D’s Is Me,” that will consist of 15 concerts in 10 cities from April 13 to May 31.
