Blackpink’s Jennie teams up with Columbia Records for upcoming solo music

Jennie of girl group Blackpink [ODD ATELIER]

Jennie's agency, Odd Atelier, signed a partnership with Columbia Records ahead of the Blackpink member's solo music release in October, the agency said Monday.

Columbia Records is a U.S.-based label under Sony Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment that represents pop stars like Beyoncé, Adele and Harry Styles.

Jennie's upcoming single comes a year after the release of her special single “You & Me” (2023) last October.

The singer released “One Of The Girls” (2023) with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp, her co-stars on HBO’s “The Idol” (2023), in June 2023. The track has since been streamed over a billion times on Spotify and has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, according to Odd Atelier.

Jennie renewed her contract with YG Entertainment for group activities last December. She has since launched her own label, Odd Atelier, to manage her solo projects.
