BTS member RM's 'Right Place, Wrong Person' enters Billboard chart at No. 5

BTS member RM's second solo album, "Right Place, Wrong Person," entered the Billboard 200 album chart at No. 5 on Wednesday, making him the first K-pop solo act to have two consecutive albums make the chart's top five.

His first solo album, “Indigo” (2022), ranked No. 3 on the same chart upon release.

"Right Place, Wrong Person" also topped Billboard's Top Rap Album chart and reached No. 2 on the Top Album Sales and Top Current Album charts on Wednesday. The album's lead track, "Lost!," reached No. 68 on the Global 200 chart.



All the songs on the album except "Come Back To Me" made it onto the Digital Song Sales chart, including "Nuts" at No. 14, "Right People, Wrong Place" at No. 15, "Groin" at No. 18 and "Domodachi" featuring UK rapper Little Simz at No. 19.

"Nuts," "Groin" and "Domodachi" took the first, second and third spots, respectively, on the World Digital Sales chart as well.

Other BTS albums have also re-entered Billboard's charts. J-Hope's album "Hope On The Street Vol.1," released in March,reached No. 35 on the Top Current Album chart and No. 50 on the Top Album Sales chart. Jimin's song "Like Crazy" (2023) placed No. 196 on the Global 200 chart.
