Boy band Highlight will celebrate the 15th anniversary of its debut with an Asian tour in the summer, the band’s agency Around Us Entertainment said Wednesday.

Titled “Lights Go On, Again,” the tour is an extension of the band’s three concerts set to take place at the KSPO Dome in southern Seoul in May.

During the tour, the band will perform in five cities. Following the Seoul concerts in May, Highlight will hold concerts in Hong Kong and Bangkok in June, and in Kaohsiung and Tokyo in July.

Specific locations and concert starting times for the tour will be announced through the local organizers’ social media pages at a later date, Around Us Entertainment said.

The upcoming “Lights Go On, Again” concerts are Highlight’s first in two years. The band’s last solo concert was the “Highlight Live 2022 ‘Intro’” in Seoul in 2022.

Highlight will perform songs from its latest and fifth EP, “Switch On,” including the lead track “Body.” The band will also perform songs released as Beast under its former agency, Cube Entertainment, following negotiations over the trademark rights.

Highlight debuted as Beast under Cube Entertainment in 2009. Its current members left the agency in December 2016 to form Highlight. It currently consists of four members — Yoon Doojoon, Yang Yoseob, Lee Kikwang and Son Dongwoon — after Yong Junhyung left the band in 2019.

The band reclaimed the right to use its original name, Beast, after reaching an agreement with Cube Entertainment in April.
