ITZY to release EP 'Motto' amid 'Tunnel Vision' world tour

Girl group ITZY will release its 12th EP "Motto" on May 18, featuring five solo tracks unveiled at the quintet's ongoing world tour "Tunnel Vision."

The girl group will also release a physical album for "Motto" in the United States on May 22.


The teaser trailer for "Motto" dropped on Wednesday, showing the five members in a surreal and pastel background coming down a set of stairs.

The video was directed by Léa Esmaili, a mixed-media director based in Paris and London.

The album will feature the lead track of the same name, "Motto," followed by "Glitch" and "you And I." Yeji's solo track "Pocket," Lia's "Asylum," Ryujin's "Look," Chaeryeong's "Undefined" and Yuna's "Tangerine," will all be included in the album as well.


ITZY will be releasing concept photos, music video teaser and other teaser content starting next Monday, according to JYP Entertainment. The release date will be celebrated by a countdown live at 5 p.m., an hour ahead of the album release.

Remixed versions of the "Motto" will drop on May 22.

ITZY kicked off its third world tour, "Tunnel Vision," on April 2 in Seoul, where the five members first unveiled the solo songs that will be included in the upcoming album. The girl group performed in Melbourne and Sydney in Australia, and will be performing in Tokyo; Hong Kong; Kaoshiung, Taiwan; Bangkok and Manila until July.
