ITZY will drop its third Japanese single “Algorhythm” on May 15.

“Algorhythm” will be the group’s first Japanese release since its first Japanese full-length album “Ringo” back in October 2023.

“‘Algorhythm’ is a term coined using the expression ‘I’ll go with my rhythm,’ meaning that ITZY will shine with its own rhythm, ignoring the algorithm that is stuck in the norm,” the agency explained.

The single will feature the title track and the B-side track “No Biggie,” followed by instrumental versions of the two tracks.

ITZY is currently holding its second world tour, “Born to Be,” which kicked off with concerts at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa District, southern Seoul, in February.

The girl group is set to perform in 27 cities in 17 nations around the world.

ITZY member Lia is currently taking a break to focus on her health, while the other four members are still taking part in promotional activities.
