Jeong Se-woon to drop 'Quiz,' his first music in 20 months

Singer Jeong Se-woon will drop his new EP "Quiz," on Jan. 4, his agency Starship Entertainment said Saturday.

This is his new song in one year and eight months after his fifth EP, "Where is My Garden!" in May 2022.

Jeong made his first public appearance in the third season of "K-pop Star" (2011–17), SBS's music audition show, and reached the finals. He was a contestant in the second season of "Produce 101," Mnet's audition program in 2017, and took the No. 12 spot. He made a solo debut in August 2017 with EP "Ever."

The singer held solo concerts "Our Garden" and "Singer-Songwriter Series – Jeong Se-woon" in 2022 and "The Wave" in 2023.

Jeong has been featured in soundtracks of TV shows as well, with his songs "Door" (2021) in "My Roommate is a Gumiho," "My Wonderous Miracle" (2021) in "The Red Sleeve," "I Only See You" (2022) in "Alchemy of Souls," "Blooming" in "The Secret Romantic Guesthouse" and "Fall in Love" in "King the Land."

He also hosts Netflix's web show "Nineteen to Twenty."
