JYP Entertainment has established a management subsidiary to broaden the range of its artists to include ballad, trot, R&B and actors.

Dubbed Innit Entertainment, the new agency will be headed by two longtime JYP employees, Park Nam-young and Yoon Jae-ho. Park was responsible for the company's choreography and stage management while Yoon was in charge of rookie training, marketing, advertisement and more.

The agency plans to debut solo artists, duet artists and other entertainers.

“Based on JYP Entertainment’s systematic training and management know-how, Innit Entertainment hopes to debut artists in a variety of genres on top of entertainers and actors with unique charm,” Innit said in a press release Monday.

The agency's first artist will be the winner of the upcoming KBS competition show "Ddandara." The show, produced in collaboration with JYP Entertainment and its founder, singer Park Jin-young, will air in the second half of this year.

“Comedy, acting, singing, dancing, classical music, opera, trot; they are all O.K. if you want to move people, make people laugh and cry,” Park said in a trailer released in June.

Founded in 1997, JYP Entertainment is known for many popular K-pop artists such as boy band Stray Kids and girl groups Twice, ITZY and NMIXX.
