Le Sserafim’s Kim Chae-won will be featured in U.S. singer-songwriter Tori Kelly’s upcoming album, “Tori.”

Kim is set to feature in the fifth track of “Tori,” titled “spruce (feat. Kim Chaewon of Le Sserafim).” “Tori,” Kelly’s fifth studio album, will be released on Friday.

“I’m thankful and honored to join Tori Kelly’s song as she is an artist that I respect,” the Le Sserafim member said through her agency, Source Music, on Thursday.

“The song was good from the first time I listened to it. I remember how much I was looking forward to the day I would be recording the song.”

Tori Kelly also gave high praise to Kim in an interview with NME.

“Le Sserafim is this amazing girl group I have been following and Kim Chae-won was happy to hop on the song ‘spruce’ and killed it,” the singer said in an interview with NME released on March 28.

“I sent the song to her, and then she sent back her verse, which was amazing. [I had] no notes.”

Tori Kelly’s upcoming album will also feature collaborations with Nigerian singer-songwriter Ayra Starr and American singer-songwriter and rapper Jon Bellion.

Le Sserafim will perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 13 and 20 and will hold its second meet and greet event, “Fearnada 2024 S/S – Seoul,” on May 11 and 12 at the Seoul Jamsil Gymnasium in southern Seoul.
