Mamamoo+ to catch 'Two Rabbits' with new EP in August
Mamamoo+, girl group Mamamoo’s subunit duo, will return with its first EP “Two Rabbits” on Aug. 3.
Mamamoo+, consisting of members Solar and Moonbyul, is Mamamoo’s first subunit that debuted last August with digital single “Better.”
The upcoming album will be the subunit’s first EP, followed by their first single “Act 1, Scene 1” which dropped back in March.
“Solar and Moonbyul came up with the album name, ‘Two Rabbits,’ with their ambition to catch all ‘two rabbits’ on the year of rabbit — both appealing to the general public and fulfilling their fans’ wishes,” Mamamoo’s agency RBW said Wednesday.
The subunit will embark on a variety of activities pulling off different concepts and genres with no restrictions, the agency added.
Mamamoo+ was formed last year as the girl group’s first subunit.
Girl group quartet Mamamoo debuted in 2014 under RBW. The group is known for its strong vocal with hit tracks such as “Egotistic” (2018), “HIP” (2019) and “gogobebe” (2019).
