Park Jin-young to drop new digital single 'Changed Man'
Park Jin-young, a singer and chiefproducer of JYP Entertainment, will drop a new digital single titled “Changed Man” on Nov. 20, his agency said Thursday.
“Changed Man” will be his first song after he released “Groove Back (Feat. Gaeko)” on Nov. 21 last year.
“The song is about me having changed,” Park said on tvN’s talk show “You Quiz on the Block.”
"The party animal within me has changed, and now I really don't act like one. But at the same time, it's about feeling guilty because, even though I don't do the things that I'm not supposed to, I still think about things that I'm not supposed to."
Veteran singer and dancer Kim Wan-sun collaborated for the new song, as seen in a teaser video released Wednesday where the two artists show off their dance moves to the '80s music.
Park debuted in 1994 with “Don’t Leave Me.” He has released hit songs including “Honey” (1998) and “When We Disco(Duet with Sunmi)” (2020). He is also known for producing K-pop girl groups and boy bands such as Wonder Girls, miss A, Twice, 2PM and NMIXX.
He is currently starring as a producer in KBS2 new reality music show "Golden Girls," launching a girl group consisting of four renowned music artists Insooni, Shin Hyo-bum, Lee Eun-mi and Park Mi-kyung.
