Singer Yuju will release a new single titled “First Love Is A Curse” on April 29, her agency At Area said on Saturday.

The singer participated in the songwriting and composition for the upcoming release, according to the agency.


Yuju also posted a teaser image for the upcoming release on her social media accounts on Friday. In the image, the singer is shown in a white dress.

“First Love Is A Curse” will be her first work in eight months since the release of her third EP, “In Bloom,” in August of last year, according to a press release.

Yuju debuted as a member of the girl group GFriend with the EP “Season of Glass” in 2015. The girl group's members went their separate ways after their contracts with Source Music ended in 2021.
