Soon-to-debut boy band 82Major unveiled the official music video for its lead track “Sure Thing” Thursday.

The six-member band will make their debut on Oct. 11.

“Sure Thing” is one of two lead tracks included in the band's debut single “ON.” The track comes with a lyrical melody featuring a story of young love, willing to give it all for the ones they loved.

The boy band has been actively promoting its lead track by releasing video content before their official debut. Earlier this month, the band released introduction videos for each member. Dance challenges with key moves from “Sure Thing” have already begun on TikTok last month.

82Major is Great M Entertainment's first boy band.

The band’s name, 82Major, is a combination of 82, Korea’s calling code, and the word major, referring to the desire of 82Major to become a boy band that represents Korea, according to the agency.

Great M Entertainment is a new agency founded by Kim Young-sun, co-founder and former executive at FNC Entertainment. Former AOA member Choa signed an exclusive contract with the agency in 2020.
