AleXa's 'Wonderland' places 38th on Billboard's Pop Airplay Chart
Singer AleXa’s song “Wonderland” entered Billboard’s Pop Airplay Chart at 38th place, according to her agency ZB Label on Monday.
Billboard’s Pop Airplay Chart reflects how frequently a track has been played on one of America’s 160 major radio networks over the last week.
AleXa won first place in NBC’s “American Song Contest” with the song earlier this month. The dance track with Latin pop vibes sings about an ideal type of love that exists only in the realm of fantasy.
“The Pop Airplay Chart is considered the bridgehead to the Billboard Hot 100, which takes into account how many times a song has been played on the radio,” said ZB Label. “This is a meaningful accomplishment after two months [since the song premiered], competing with many hits by outstanding pop stars.”
