Singer Solji to hold her first solo concert next month
Singer Solji is set to hold her first solo concert next month, according to her agency C-JeS Entertainment on Wednesday.
“First Letter” is scheduled for March 26 and 27 at the Baekam Art Hall in Gangnam District, southern Seoul.
Solji had planned to hold a concert last year, but it was canceled due to Covid-19.
This recent announcement comes ahead of Solji’s new EP drop which is slated for Feb. 25.
Titled “First Letter,” the upcoming EP includes title track “At the End of a Season” (translated) as well as five other songs.
Tickets for Solji’s solo concert will be available on local ticket-booking service Interpark from Friday.
Solji debuted as a lead vocalist of girl group EXID in 2012. Her group did not catch the public eye until 2014, when it rose to explosive popularity with a song that was released one year ago: “Up & Down.” While the group has not officially disbanded, it has been on a hiatus since its last album "B.L.E.S.S.E.D" in 2020.
The group is comprised of four members – Solji, LE, Seo Hye-lin and Hani.
