DinDin celebrates 10th anniversary with concert, unveils new music

Singer DinDin celebrated his 10th debut anniversary with the "Dinvitation: Double Party" concert on Saturday.

Held at Sungshin Women's University's Woonjung Green Campus Auditorium in Gangbuk District, northern Seoul, the two-hour concert was filled with DinDin's songs from the past and his birthday celebration.

DinDin performed his hit songs released during his 10 years of career, including "Pour (2023 Ver.)," "Soom" (2019), "I'm Not Myself When I'm Around You" (2021) and "Life4Cuts."

The singer also revealed his new song "You Did Say So" scheduled for release on Saturday, for the first time on stage.

Rapper Sleepy, Bang Yong-guk and singer Jeong Se-woon made appearances as guests.

"It felt like a dream," DinDin said in a press release.

"November always comes just before the year ends, and I often feel a bit more melancholic than usual, but I gained so much strength from the concert that I now feel empowered to face another year," Dindin added.

"I'm truly grateful to the fans who gifted us with such beautiful moments, and I look forward to presenting them with more wonderful performances next year."

He debuted in 2013 as a rapper through cable TV channel Mnet's rapping competition show "Show Me The Money." He made it to the final seven but failed to go beyond that in the show.

Working across numerous musical genres such as hip-hop, rap and now ballads, DinDin is known as an all-rounder in the music world.

DinDin is also known to the public as a frequent guest star, host or panel member on Korean entertainment television. Currently, he is a regular panel member on SBS's reality show "My Little Old Boy" and KBS's variety show "1 Night 2 Days."
