Girl group fromis_9 will be back with its first full-length album, "Unlock My World," on June 5.

"The upcoming album will mark the return of the summer queen who represents bright and refreshing music," the group's agency Pledis Entertainment said in a press release on Tuesday.

"Unlock My World" will be the group's first album since its fifth EP, "from our Memento Box," released in June last year, and the first album with eight members after member Jang Gyuri left the group in July 2022.

"Members have worked hard for a long period of time, trying to improve the album's musical qualities, as it is the girl group's first full-length album," the agency added.

The first set of teasers released Tuesday showed a lock screen with a pattern lock that unlocked with the patterns "f" and "9," short for the group's name fromis_9, visualizing the album's title, "Unlock My World."

fromis_9 was formed in 2017 through Mnet's audition program "Idol School" and debuted the following year with "Glass Shoes" (2018). The girl group is best known for hit tracks "Love Bomb" (2018), "Fun!" (2019) "We Go" (2021) and more. The girl group currently consists of Lee Sae-rom, Park Ji-won, Roh Ji-sun, Lee Seo-yeon, Lee Chae-young, Lee Na-gyung, Song Ha-young and Baek Ji-heon. Jang Gyu-ri left the group in July 2022 after her original contract with the agency expired.
