Girl group IVE to release fourth Japanese EP a month before its return to Tokyo Dome
Girl group IVE will release its fourth Japanese EP, “Lucid Dream,” at midnight on Wednesday, a month ahead of the group’s grand return to Tokyo Dome.
The upcoming release consists of six tracks: the title track “Lucid Dream,” as well as the B-side tracks “Fashion,” which was a prerelease, “Jigsaw” and the Japanese versions of “Rebel Heart” (2025), “Attitude” (2025) and “Thank U” (2025).
The lead track portrays dreams not simply as an escape from reality but as a space where one confronts and becomes honest about their emotions, according to IVE’s agency, Starship Entertainment.
The music video for “Lucid Dream” was unveiled on Tuesday.
The group will also hold a concert at Tokyo Dome in Tokyo on June 24 as part of its “Show What I Have” world tour. It kicked off the tour at southern Seoul’s KSPO Dome in October last year.
IVE’s third Japanese EP, “Be Alright,” released last year, topped Billboard Japan’s Top Album Sales. Its song “After Like” (2022) also surpassed 200 million cumulative streams, according to Billboard Japan.
The group has appeared on Japanese TV shows such as “Venue 101” (2022–) and recently participated in the Rock in Japan Festival 2025.
It debuted under Starship Entertainment in December 2021 with its first EP, “Eleven.” The six-member group consists of An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Jang Won-young, Rei, Liz and Leeseo.
IVE is known for songs such as “Eleven” (2021), “Love Dive” (2022), “After Like," “I Am” (2023) and “Baddie” (2023).
