Hori7on to drop digital single 'Daytour' on March 2 with show in Manila
Boy band Hori7on will return with digital single “Daytour” on March 2, the band’s agency MLD Entertainment said on Wednesday.
It will be the band’s first release since its debut full-length album “Friend-SHIP” dropped in July last year.
In “Daytour,” the band’s seven members express their admiration for someone they love, according to the band’s agency.
Hori7on will hold a showcase on the day of the song’s release in Manila in front of around 1,000 fans. The band will then collaborate with the shopping mall chain SM Supermalls to perform at malls in the Philippines.
The band is also planning other online and offline promotional activities in the Philippines, as well as performances in Korean music shows, according to MLD Entertainment.
Hori7on debuted with the full-length album “Friend-SHIP” in July last year and carried out promotional activities with the title track “Six7een.” All members of the Korea-based band are Filipino. They are: Jeromy, Kim, Kyler, Marcus, Reyster, Vinci and Winston.
The band was named the Top Global Artist of the Year at the PPOP Awards 2023 and won the Focus Award at the 2023 Asia Artist Awards.
