Girl group NewJeans [ADOR]

NewJeans's second EP "Get Up" landed at 66th place on the Billboard 200 albums chart, continuing to place within the chart for 12 consecutive weeks.

This is the longest record for a fourth-generation girl group on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

"Get Up" also placed second on the Billboard World Albums chart and placed 15th and 16th on the Top Current Album Sales and Top Album Sales charts, respectively.

"Super Shy," the title track from "Get Up," also ranked within the Billboard 100 chart for eight weeks and remained at 34th on the Global Songs chart and 59th on the Global 200 chart.

Another NewJeans song, "Gods," the anthem for this year's League of Legends World Championship, also placed 44th on the Global Songs chart and 75th on the Global 200 chart.

NewJeans became the first K-pop group to sing an anthem for the League of Legends World Championship. The song garnered 7.8 million views on YouTube in the first 24 hours of its release, according to ADOR, the group's agency.

NewJeans has been one of the biggest names in K-pop since its debut last year. Its hits "Ditto" (2022), "OMG" and "Hype boy" (2022) were the three most-streamed and downloaded songs in the first half of 2023, and the band's debut track "Attention" (2022) was the seventh most-streamed and downloaded song in Korea.

The band topped the Billboard 200 albums chart for the first time with its latest and second EP "Get Up" and saw its lead tracks "ETA," "Cool With You" and "Super Shy" top music charts in and outside of Korea for weeks.
