Rapper Jessi has issued a second apology on Instagram, vowing to "right all the wrongs" after one of her teenage fans was punched by a man shortly after approaching her for a photo.

"I sincerely apologize to the victim and his family for the harm caused by this incident," Jessi wrote on Wednesday.

"I acknowledge that my actions, attitudes and inaction from the time of the incident until now have led to significant pain and betrayal for the victim and others."

JTBC reported on Oct. 11 that an 18-year-old fan had asked Jessi for a photo on Sept. 29. Jessi declined, and as the fan was leaving, a man, appearing to be part of her group, struck him in the face.

Jessi initially said she did not know the assailant but still apologized for her passive response.

"I regret it thousands and tens of thousands of times. I wish I could go back to that moment," she wrote. "If I had taken a picture, protected the victim more actively, gone straight to the police, or apologized properly, the victim wouldn’t have suffered this much."

"This is all my fault," she said.

Summoned for police questioning on Oct. 16, Jessi told reporters, "I want to find the person who hit [my fan] quickly and hope that person is punished."

"I know I can’t be forgiven with just words," she concluded in her latest post. "But I will try to correct my mistakes and help the victim recover."

Jessi posted her first apology on Oct. 12 on her Instagram saying "I was too flustered by the sudden situation at the time and failed to carefully consider the fan."

Her agency, DOD, terminated its contract with her on Oct. 18.
