Alex of boy band Drippin suspends activities

Alex of Drippin [WOOLLIM ENTERTAINMENT]

Alex of boy band Drippin will temporarily suspend his activities, according to his agency on Thursday.

Woollim Entertainment said Alex had been in declining health, and that it held lengthy discussions with his parents over what to do.

“We have reached an agreement that it would be best for Alex to take a break and fully focus on recovering,” the agency said. “So we have decided to put a halt on Alex’s activities.”

“Drippin will be active as a group of six in the meantime,” the agency said. “We are sorry to worry fans with sudden news, and we will do our best for the artist’s recovery.”

Drippin debuted in October 2020 with its first EP, “Boyager.”

It also released an EP, “A Better Tomorrow,” and a single, “Free Pass.”
