Girl group BabyMonster to kick off second world tour in June
Girl group BabyMonster is set to commence its second world tour in June, agency YG Entertainment said Monday.
The tour’s name, as well as specific concert dates and venues, will be announced later.
The tour will begin in Seoul and span six cities in Japan — Kobe, Fukuoka, Yokohama, Chiba, Nagoya and Osaka — and move on to other cities in Asia, North America, Oceania, Europe and South America.
BabyMonster’s first world tour, “Hello Monsters,” took place across 20 cities last year and drew some 300,000 concertgoers.
The group debuted in 2023 with the single “Batter Up.” The septet, which consists of members Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora and Chiquita, has released songs like “Sheesh” (2024), “Drip” (2024) and “We Go Up” (2025).
The group is set to release the EP “Choom” in May.
