Kep1er set to release album on Nov. 1, its first as a seven-member ensemble

Girl group Kep1er [KLAP ENTERTAINMENT]

Girl group Kep1er will release its new album on Nov. 1, its agency Wakeone said Monday.

The album marks the first major project by Kep1er as a septet, following the departure of members Kang Ye-seo and Mashiro, who joined the newly formed girl group Madein.

Madein, managed by 143 Entertainment, made its debut last month.

The group previously gave fans a sneak peek of its comeback with the prerelease track "sync-love" at KCON Germany 2024 last month.

Kep1er became the fastest rookie group to win a No. 1 spot on a television music show with its Music Bank win for its debut track "Wa Da Da."

The group debuted in January 2022 with its first EP, "First Impact," featuring the lead track "Wa Da Da." Kep1er was formed in October 2021 through cable network Mnet’s multinational idol audition show "Girls Planet 999."
