Kep1er to hold concerts in Japan after third Japanese single 'Fly-High'
Kep1er will hold five concerts to meet its Japanese fans in February and March, the girl group's agencies WakeOne and Swing Entertainment said Thursday.
The concerts, titled "Fly-High," will be held as a fan meet and greet, which is the group's first in Japan.
The first three scheduled concerts will be held at Makuhari Messe's event hall in Chiba, Japan, from Feb. 23 through Feb. 25.
The other two will be held at the World Memorial Hall in Kobe, Japan, on March 2 and March 3.
The concert follows its recent third Japanese single "Fly-High," released on Nov. 8.
"Fly-High" was its first after eight months since its second Japanese single "Fly-By."
The new single was at No. 2 on Oricon's Daily Single chart, selling 37,941 copies, according to Oricon's Wednesday report.
Kep1er, consisting of Yujin, Chaehyun, Dayeon, Youngeun, Yeseo, Xiaoting, Huening Bahiyyih, Mashiro and Hikaru, debuted in 2022 with its first EP "First Impact," featuring the lead track "Wa Da Da." The group was formed in October 2021 through cable network Mnet's multinational idol audition show "Girls Planet 999."
