Nayeon of girl group Twice landed her solo album, "NA," on No. 7 of the Billboard 200 albums chart, becoming the first K-pop female solo artist to place more than one album in the top 10 of the chart.

Nayeon's second EP, “NA,” sold approximately 47,000 equivalent album units earned, debuting at No. 7 on the chart, according to a Billboard article released on Sunday.

Her first solo EP, “Im Nayeon” (2022), also peaked at No. 7 on the same chart in 2022. This ranking was the highest for a K-pop solo artist at the time, and continues to remain the highest position ever achieved by a K-pop female solo artist with “NA.”

“NA” also topped the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart the same week, according to Billboard.

“NA” dropped on June 14, two years after Nayeon's last solo album "Im Nayeon." The title of the album consists of the first two letters of Nayeon’s name, which also happens to be a homonym for the word “me” in Korean, and is a statement of the artist unapologetically declaring herself to the audience.

It has seven tracks: lead track “ABCD" followed by B-sides “Butterflies,” “Heaven” featuring Sam Kim, “Magic” featuring Julie from girl group Kiss of Life, “HalliGalli" produced by AKMU's Lee Chan-hyuk, “Something” and “Count It.”

Twice also reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in March with their 13th EP “With YOU-th,” which was released in February. The girl group will also perform concerts at Japan's Nissan Stadium in Yokohama on July 27 and 28, making it the first K-pop girl group and the second K-pop artist to hold concerts at the venue.
