STAYC to release first full-length album July 1
Girl group STAYC will release its first full-length album, “Metamorphic,” on July 1.
A teaser video for the new album was released on the girl group's official social media accounts over the weekend.
“It is anticipated to be a high-quality album that combines STAYC’s musical achievements until now,” the group’s agency said in a new release on Monday.
“Metamorphic” is STAYC's first full-length album released in three and a half years since its debut. It comes about 11 months after STAYC's third EP “Teenfresh” released in August last year.
STAYC's songs “Teddy Bear” (2023) and “Bubble” (2023) landed at No. 2 and No. 10, respectively, on the Melon Top 100, respectively.
The girl group performed in 11 cities across Asia, North America and Europe on its first world tour, “Teenfresh,” which ran from 2023 to March of this year.
