Winner's Lee Seung-hoon to release debut solo album 'My Type'

Lee Seung-hoon of boy band Winner, also known as Hoony, will release his first solo album "My Type" on July 15, his agency YG Entertainment said Tuesday.

The album comes 10 years after his debut in August 2014 as part of Winner. He led not only the production of the album but also the visuals and promotion strategy, according to YG Entertainment.

"He is determined to show the essence of the color of his music and performance, especially because it's his first solo album," the agency said in a press release.

Preorders for "My Type" began Tuesday. The album will be created using low-carbon paper and environmentally friendly ink, according to YG Entertainment.

Lee debuted in 2014 as the main dancer of Winner and participated in a wide variety of projects for his group.
